The ground floor is occupied by the dairyman's room and the milk processing room, while the basement has a small cellar and the delivery room which contains a water tank. Founded in 1952 by a group of small livestock farm owners, it was in operation from October to June, staying closed during the summer when the cows grazed in the mountain pastures.
